Hmm... That's very simple
First - you have to open the itunes ,
Second A - u click the music label and u can choose ringtone whatever u want in ur music lib.
Second B - u can choose time frame whatever u want in the song. but noted only 30 seconds.
Second C - right_click ==> getinfo ==>Options .
Third - right_click song which u want to make a ringtone and click the create AAC version.
Fouth - And then you will get the one duplicate song , copy to your PC (i.e desktop) wherever u can paste and rename the extension ~~.m4r
Fifth - Drag and drop it to itunes and SYNC to IPHONE
All of finished, u get to see the ringtone in ur iphone
