Singapore မွာ ျပီးခဲ့တဲ့ March28 က 8:30pm to 9:30pm အထိ Earth Hour ကို ပါ၀င္ဆင္ႏႊဲ ခဲ့ပါတယ္.. လူေနအိမ္ေတြ၊ companyေတြ၊ shopping mall ေတြ၊ ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ား အဲဒီအခ်ိန္မွာ မီးေတြမွိတ္ထားခဲ့ ၾကတယ္...

Earth Hour ကို 2007 မွာ Sydney က စခဲ့တာပါ... electricity ကို switch off လုပ္ျခင္းျဖင့္ global warming ကို ေလ်ွာ့ခ်ျပီး၊ climate changes ေတြ အတြက္ ရည္႐ြယ္ပါတယ္... အခုဆိုရင္ ႏိုင္ငံေပါင္း ၈၀ေက်ာ္ ပူးေပါင္းပါ၀င္ လာျပီတဲ့..
က်ြန္မတို႕ရဲ႕ ေမြးရပ္ေျမကေတာ့ ကမၻာၾကီးကို save လုပ္တဲ့ေနရာမွာ No.1 ပဲထင္တယ္ေနာ္.. :P

office က colleague ၁ေယာက္ ရ႕ဲ forward mail ကို ျပန္တင္ေပးတာပါ... နည္းက လြယ္လဲလြယ္တယ္.. ျမန္လဲျမန္ပါတယ္... (ကိုယ္တိုင္ေတာ့ စမ္းမၾကည့္ရေသးဘူး) :P ဒီတစ္ခါ အလုပ္ပိတ္ရက္က်မွပဲ လုပ္စားၾကည့္ရမယ္ :D
လိုအပ္တာေလးေတြကေတာ့ . . .

**1 Large Coffee Mug**
*1 egg
*4 tablespoons flour
*4 tablespoons sugar
*2 tablespoons cocoa
*3 tablespoons milk
*3 tablespoons oil
* (optional) 3 tablespoons chocolate chips,
* (optional) a small splash of vanilla

:: အမႈန္႕ေတြ အကုန္လံုးကိူ coffee mug ထဲမွာ ထည့္ျပီး ေမႊပါ
:: ျပီးရင္ ၾကက္ဥ ထည့္ျပီး ေသခ်ာေမႊေပးပါ
:: ေနာက္ဆံုးမွာ .. ႏြားႏို႕ နဲ႕ ဆီကို ထပ္ထည့္ျပီး အားလံုးေသခ်ာသမသြားေအာင္ေမႊပါ
(chocolate chips နဲ႕ vanilla ထည့္ခ်င္တဲ့သူေတြအတြက္ ေနာက္ဆံုးမွာ အဲဒါေတြထည့္ျပီး ထပ္ေမႊပါ)
:: အားလံုးျပီးသြားရင္ mug ကို microwave ထဲမွာ 1000watts(high) နဲ႕ 3minutes ထားပါ
:: cake က အေပၚကိုၾကြျပီးတက္လာလိမ့္မယ္.. (စိတ္ပူစရာမလိုပါဘူးတဲ့)
